Due to the fact that {{mgnl:content}} type is used for content created in
resources workspace, non of the content can be versioned as this type (in
difference to {{mgnl:contentNode}}) doesn't define {{mix:versionable}}.
The current side effects of this issue are:
- use of versioning&workflow for activation is not supported for resources
- checkout operation in WEBDAV ends up with {{405 Method Not Allowed}}
