When working with hierarchies, in this way you will always get as the menu
icon, the icon of the type at the top of the hierarchy. But maybe the type at
level 3 defines your type hierarchy better. Like it is possible to set the Menu
Title for the menu specifically, you should be able to set an icon especially
for the menu item too.
