MAGNOLIA-3012 replaced all remaining usages of FactoryUtil (in prod code
of main project...), introduced Classes.quietNewInstance() to mimic the
behaviour of FactoryUtil.newInstanceWithoutDiscovery() - in a way that the
compiler should be happier, now.
