AbsolutePathTransformer should not use URI mappings directly

Right now {{AbsolutePathTransformer}} gets all the available URI mappings and
try to find out the right mapping based on repo and prefix match manually. It
should just delegate the job to the {{URI2RepositoryManager}} instead.
