Currently all content in {{mgnlVersion}} workspace is stored flat. Since all
versioned nodes from all workspaces end up there eventually the number of
content goes up very quickly which leads to loss of performance when trying to
retrieve any particular piece of content there. This leads to the versioning
speed degradation. The workpsace should be restructured to follow similar
pattern the jcr:version store.
