Right now whatever context is passed in the {{BaseRepositoryCommand}} is used
to retrieve the node based on handle or uuid. Since the handle provided to the
command might be different then that expected by the {{HierarchyManager}}
available in passed in context, use always the {{SystemContext}} to retrieve
the node and check access rights explicitly.
