I'd appreciate it if everyone could re-read these guidelines (they're certainly incomplete, feel free to comment and/or suggest different practices) I'm raising it this time because there are a bunch of issues in Jira at the moment which are not marked as "in progress" while we're clearing working on them on a daily basis. We already know there are a lot of issues marked as "fix version: 4.3" which we'll have to bump to the next version; if those issues we've worked on are not marked as "in progress", they might get moved accidentally. Think of Jira as the changelog.
