Hi Andreas,
beside a lot of other issues I've seen in your log, as the main problem seems
to me that your repository indexes got corrupted.
To regenerate them shutdown your server and delete all your
{{../repositories/magnolia/workspaces/*/index}} folders. When you startup your
application server again, indexes will be recreated (according amount of your
content we can count this process in seconds/minutes).
This issue probably happened because you have significant problems with
connection to your pool probably because either {{maxRows}} or {{queryTimeout}}
was passed.
Please note this project is not dedicated for solving such an issues, since you
own enterprise license you can take the advantage of our Magnolia-Support
project. I've updated your jira account with appropriate credentials so when
you move this ticket there, we can have a look at all your issues closer since
this project is private and visible only for you (and persons you explicitly
allow access into) and our support team.
