Paragraph does not render after failing to add a required field and adding it

To be more specific:
1. click on the New teasers button on the homepage.
2. do not fill in the required field, but click save
3. an alert is given about the required field
3A. PUT A VALUE IN THE REQUIRED FIELD
4. now save the dialog.
5. result: the teaser paragraph is NOT shown.
