There is no practical solution for that. We had to introduce a generic
mechanism to allow modules to register extra tasks which are only executed
after an installation of an other module:
1. install only STK
2. install only workflow
--> this triggers the execution of extra tasks provided by STK
If the STK and workflow module are installed at the same time, every thing
works as expected.
