note it's not a bug thus this not the right place to ask for the
troubleshooting. For such a cases, please subscribe yourself into [Magnolia
users list|http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/stay-updated.html] and ask
there.
As to your issue, you can re-bootstrap the superuser account (with default
credentials) as described at [Recreating the anonymous
user|http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Recreating+the+anonymous+user]
wiki page (just replace anonymous occurrences with superuser).
Or you can follow the way of [Messed Up
Security|http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Messed+Up+Security].
There is pretty much ways how to fix your issue, but depends what "superuser
account is lock" really means. F.e.
