Moving a DMS Item on Top of Another DMS Item Causes it to Vanish

We discovered this on our installation, but I just reproduced it on the live
Demo system, current running DMS 1.4.3.
To reproduce:
1. Install DMS with sample content.
2. In AdminCentral, navigate to "Demo Docs/Sheet Music/Beethoven"
3. Right-click on the second PDF, select "move", and drag it on top of the
first PDF.
Expected behavior:
Since it doesn't make sense for a DMS file to contain another DMS file, I don't
expect the target document to highlight when the other document is dragged over
it.
Actual behavior:
The target document *does* highlight, and lets you drop the other document on
it. When you release the mouse, the document that you moved vanishes from the
DMS, and can no longer be seen anywhere.
