Unable to download large video file from AdminCentral

Hi,
One of our authors was trying to download a large video file (<100MB) out of
the DMS via AdminCentral, after a few seconds of delay, she was redirected to
the website home page in preview mode. This was repeatable, and we are still
unable to download this file. Other video files download as expected.
Unfortunately, I looked into the log files, but didn't see any errors related
to this.
Please let me know if you need any more info.
