This issue happens from misunderstanding of fckEditor functionality. In {{Image
Properties}} window tab {{Link}} don't provide URL for image which should be
viewed but only as target for hyperlink created by actual image that has URL in
{{Image Info}} tab and had to be typed manually including context path.
Fix for this issue only solves addresses entered without context path by adding
it in moment of retrieving this information from fckeditor (i.e. after saving).
