An apostrophe character (') in a feed title renders the Add Feeds control
unusable.
To reproduce:
# Create a new feed aggregator in the Data > RSS Aggregators. Use title:
"Greg's Ramblings" and URL http://dev.magnolia-cms.com/~gjoseph/feed.
# Save.
# Open the aggregator again. The Add Feeds control doesn't display the feed you
just added and the Add button doesn't work.
