Create a new freemarker script based on the STK's {{internalTeaser.ftl}} and
associated paragraph and dialog definitions to allow content authors more
control over displaying teaser content.
h3. Authors should be able to select:
# whether a teaser should be highlighted
# whether to hide the kicker
# image location @see MTWIGS-16
Additionally, we should improve the way the heading for link lists within
teasers work. For instance, if {{def.headingLevel}} is {{h3}} then the
{{titleLevel}} used by the link list should be {{h4}}. In the current STK
implementation, {{titleLevel}} is hard coded as an {{h3}}.
