Moving a paragraph does not change page status indicator yellow

Moving a paragraph up or down on a page should change page status indicator to
yellow. This is not happening. Issue was reported and fixed in MAGNOLIA-256 but
it still occurs.
To reproduce:
# Open /demo-project/about.
# Move one paragraph above another paragraph.
# Refresh status in AdminCentral.
Page status is still green (in sync), which is not true.
