AccessDeniedException should mention the workspace for which the permissions
are missing
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MAGNOLIA-3468
                 URL: http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MAGNOLIA-3468
             Project: Magnolia
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core, security
    Affects Versions: 4.4.1, 4.3.8
            Reporter: Grégory Joseph
            Assignee: Philipp Bärfuss

Example: it's not obvious that the missing permissions are for the {{forum}}
workspace when reading this error message:
{{info.magnolia.cms.security.AccessDeniedException: User not allowed to (Add,
Set, Read) path [/pagecomments/forum-demo]}}.

Unfortunately, the AccessManager interface currently does not know the name of
the workspace it's linked to, so it's not a trivial patch. (could be done
several ways if we can afford to break the api)
