Three components,
InstallationAwareDelegatingFilterProxy which is an extension of Springs
DelegatingFilterProxy for exposing a filter configured in beans xml.
InstallationAwareServletProxy, a generic class for deferring initialization of
any servlet. Takes the servlet class name as an init parameter.
InstallationAwareDispatcherServlet, specific version of the above, minimizes
configuration.
