Form paragraphs are not movable ?

To be validated, but it seems that forms are not movable; not visible on the
demo project, since the contact form is added as a "singleton" paragraph on a
page, and no other form can be added, as far as I can tell. But on other pages,
if we modify the template to allow form paragraph, it looks like the move
button is not rendered.
