Description: This can be observed, for instance, on the inbox list when
the comment text exceeds the column width, e.g. when an error occurs and the
message is usually rather long. The problem seems only to affect webkit
browsers. FF, IE7 and IE8 seem to be immune. See also attached screenshot.
