Last teaser item in Carousel and Paging Groups get clipped

The last teaser within Carousel and Paging Teaser Groups can get clipped.
Additionally, even when not clipped, the last item is not at the same position
within the viewable area. This occurs on the demopublic site as well as the
static prototype. See screenshots attached - First screenshot shows the
position of the first item in teaser group, second screenshot shows the
position of the last item in teaser group.
The issue seems to come from changes made to {{ui.scroller.js}} script for the
upgrade to JQuery 1.4. The attached patch should fix the issues. Credit for
the patch goes to my friend and colleague, Yun Qian :)
