Create a Help module that allows clients to write their own documentation. This
effort is described on the [Documentation as a service wiki
page|http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCU/Documentation+as+a+service] with
UI mockups.
High-level tasks:
* Create a new Help module
* Integrate to AdminCentral menu
* Bootstrap a {{help}} repository.
* Implement Markdown support and create a wiki paragraph and dialog for
entering content. (No wiki-like tab for editing, this is was decided in the
review meeting.)
* Roles {{help-reader}} and {{help-editor}}. ACL.
* Decided to ship the Help module empty, that is no content is shipped with it.
