Module startup failure should still start observation of that module, or stop
it.

                 Key: MAGNOLIA-3576
                 URL: http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MAGNOLIA-3576
             Project: Magnolia
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core
    Affects Versions: 4.4.2
            Reporter: Grégory Joseph
            Assignee: Philipp Bärfuss
             Fix For: 4.4.3

If a {{info.magnolia.module.ModuleLifecycle#start}} fails (with a
RuntimeException of sorts), for instance because of a wrong configuration, the
module should either be observed (so configuration can be fixed), or at least
stopped (because some processes might have started). Or both?
