Content of DMS items disappeared after MySQL restore

We did a backup of the whole repository via MySQL dump of the version 4.4.1.
After that we upgraded to version 4.4.2 and restored the database. Most, but
not all of the DMS content are not longer available. Just the meta-data. That
means for example an image is not showing up in the dialog and the item cannot
be activated, even if we reinsert the image into the DMS item.
The error message in the log file is:

Did we do a mistake in backing up like that? Or is it an issue with the version
