ACL Dialog does not switch ACL selecting a new root

When editing the ACL of roles, the ACLs in the dialog are switched when a new
root is chosen with the mouse. Doing the same via keybord (arrow up/down) does
not work. The new root is selected, but the ACLs are not exchanged.
