Improve the [Resources module

* Link to [WebDAV
module|http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/modules/webdav.html] for accessing
and editing resources as if they were local files on the client computer.
Resources is already covered to some extent in [Templating >
Resources|http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/templating/stk/templating.html#ResourcesJavascriptsandCSS].
Propose a way to avoid duplication. Should be we keep the resources stuff in
the Templating article or move it to the Resources module article? Cross-link.
