Redirect doesn't add url extension, adding it manually breaks the template

This may be fixed in the latest release, but on the website, the redirect
template doesn't add .html to the URL. It should do so. Related: adding .html
manually in the url selected via the page browser will thrpigh a Freemarker
error - I assume the latter will have been fixed with MGNLSTK-696.
