Current trunk contains a bunch of hacks to be able to search users by email
(amongst others necessary for MGNLFORUM-130). This should be moved to core;
perhaps as an optional interface on UserManager. (see
{{info.magnolia.forum.synchronizer.util.SearchableUserManager}})
