Entering Space as page title in admin central leaves the title non-editable.

To reproduce the problem do the following:
* Open AdminCentral, website workspace.
* Double Click on any Page title.
* Enter ' ' (Space), hit return.
* Title can no longer be changed in admin central.
Workaround ist changing the title via page properties, however this behavior is
not very convenient.
Suggestion: Replace empty strings with default '-'.
DMS same problem.
