Hi Magnolia Support,

My name is James Dy and I am with Deloitte.

This is to inform you that Deloitte wishes to change the support Tier for our 
current Magnolia license.  We want to change the support from Tier-3 to Tier-0 
upon renewal of our Magnolia License.  I believe it will expire January 2012.

Please advise if anything else is needed.  

We are providing you this request in writing as indicated in the support 
agreement.  Thank you.
