When version 20110621.143114-1 of jar is downloaded from Nexus and installed in
EE, the availability of the templates is not enabled. This prevents the
ability to select Blog and Blog Entry as Templates in the Website in
AdminCentral.
Jan reports that the availability is enabled when the jar is installed in CE.
The downloaded jar is attached.
