Description:
Create a use case that will provide information and documentation needed in
order to add a forum.
The documentation is split between the Modules and Reference > Paragraphs.
This will provide one starting point that can reference and combine the
documentation into one description.
There have also been recent user list forum posts indicating some
confusion/issues with respect to forums:
