The "Move" buttons on the cms edit bar do not work in IE7 or IE8 - so
paragraphs cannot be re-ordered.
They work fine in other browsers.
In IE, a Javascript error is flagged up in the browser when the button is
clicked - it's in the combined javascript.js.
