Since the 2.2 version of the release plugin (BUILD-78), one can customize the
format of the scm tag used when releasing, which would avoid commons mistakes
when we release some of our projects (essentially all those whose artifactId is
-parent).
We should be able to configure the release plugin so that it uses a property of
the pom, so as to make it as easy as possible for users of our parent poms.
