When adding an fckEdit Control with enabled 'images' configured, the Uploaded
File in the FCK Image-Dialog is lost after saving the dialog.
Reproduce
* Extend the default Contact data-type dialog e.g. importing the attached XML
File (personalTab)
* Create a new Contact
* Close to be sure a node now exists now
* Open the Contact again
* Insert an image using the toolbars
* Navigate to the 'Upload' Tab in the image dialog
* Choose a file from the local file system
* Send the file to server
** The image is inserted in the editor (still in tmp-folder)
* Close the Dialog (save)
* Re-Open the Dialog
** The image is not found (404)
** Referenc should resolve to UUID or handle
