DialogEditWithButton control runs off the page in IE 7 when used inside a
dialog rendering it unmodifiable.

When this control is added on a dialog, if the link width is long, the internal
link button runs off the page. It is not possible to easily style it because
it uses in-line style tags with 100% width. Overriding or deleting this style
attribute is not easy because it only gets added on select of radio button and
this event is added in Java Code in class DialogEditWithButton which is
cumbersome to override.
