When you tried register new public user on PublicInstance - Members
Area-Request New Account-REGISTER it throws "Internal error, form could not be
sent" and you get error about "Illegal whitespace in address in string ..."
(more in attached printstack). But when you look to
admincentral-Security-Public User new user is there and is correctly created
