The 4.4.6 migrated magnolia version do not contains stkExtrasDownloadList as
available components for
config.site.templates.prototype.areas.extras.areas.extras1/2.
This availability definition is defined in 2 bootstrap files stored under
magnolia-4-5-migration/resources/auto_bootstraps_after_migration/config/downloadList
config.modules.standard-templating-kit.config.site.templates.prototype.areas.extras.areas.extras1.availableComponents.stkExtrasDownloadList.xml
config.modules.standard-templating-kit.config.site.templates.prototype.areas.extras.areas.extras2.availableComponents.stkExtrasDownloadList.xml
Normally they should be installed during migration, but after the whole
migration this two available components are missing....
