Use proper labels on component placeholders

Currently, the label on a component placeholder read "New XYZ component" with
"XYZ" being the name of the surrounding area. While this is ok as default text,
it is very technical and caused confusion during user tests.
Please choose more precise labels wherever possible. E.g. for a Link List area,
the label should read "New link".
