Summary: No page auto-scrolling during drag and drop of components
(was: Page Editor: drag and drop of components on large pages or with large
components fails)

Description: Using drag and drop to move components doesn't work on large
pages with many components or on pages with large items. Since you have to
hold down the mouse button when you start the drag, you can't use the mouse
wheel to scroll up and down. The browser window doesn't auto-scroll if you
approach one of its borders and the arrow keys don't work as well. (was: Does

Not even the arrow keys from the keyboard work during a drag.
This issues has two sides: for once, DnD might not work in regular cases on
larger pages, if you e.g. attempt to drag something from the bottom to the top
