Merge functionality should be able to perform a deep merge, meaning:
Having source:
a/b/c/d
/e
/f/g
/i
and dest:
x/a/f/j
Merge source to dest x should have the following result:
x/a/b/c/d
/e
/f/g
/i
/j
After the merge:
- the source node has to be deleted.
- In case of conflict, the dest win (should be configurable)
