In order to fix MGNLTOOLS-49 we need to setup a minimal Guice configuration for
standalone java apps. The GuiceComponentProviderBuilder seems to be fine for
that purpose but the fact that GuiceContextAndScopesConfigurer is internally
instantiated is doing to much for a standalone app (e.g. it requires servlet
stuff we don't need in standalone mode).
