Description:
Jackrabbit configuration files have been updated with the jcr 2.0 schema as per
MAGNOLIA-3302, but there are other things that should be fixed:
- datasource usage: instead of configuring the db connection for each
persistence manager the suggested configuration since jackrabbit 1.6 is to use
a <datasource> declaration

- we should add a default indexing configuration, at least to support ordering
on magnolia metadata properties like creation date in queries
