Document with examples what happens when a page is activated and deactivated.
Discuss both manual and scheduled activation. This is a common tripping point,
particularly when deactivating a parent page (manual or scheduled) which causes
all child pages to be deactivated.
The new content should go in {{/editing/actions}} and be cross-linked from
{{/administration/subscribers}}.
