Update the Configuration items table in {{/reference/module-mechanism}} to 4.5
level.
* In the paragraph before the table, replace the old term "paragraph" with
"component". Change the misleading term "components" in the second sentence to
"items". Read through the rest of the article and update terminology.
* Remove the {{paragraphs}} item. Change the {{templates}} item description to
include all template types: page, area and component.
* Merge {{template-renderers}} and {{paragraph-renderers}} to one item
{{renderers}}.
* Use a fixed width font in the first column.
