Depending Tobias' comment in BLOSSOM-94. There is no way how to automatically
migrate Blossom templates by using migration script. Migration have to be done
manually or using special update task which is described on
[wiki|http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/WIKI/Migrating+content+when+upgrading+to+Blossom+2].
This should be mentioned on documentation for Blossom 2.0
