Update the Themes article in {{/modules/etk/themes}} to Magnolia CMS 4.5 / STK
2.0 level. Edit text and take new screenshots. The changes that happened are
described in [How to migrate your STK
theme|http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/How+to+migrate+your+STK+theme].
Summary of changes:
* More CSS files are now included, such as an IE6 specific sheet.
* JavaScripts are now split up into different packages for better
maintainability.
* There are now many aggregation scripts instead of one.
* A new mobile theme.
* Binary files such as images are not served from the DMS workspace anymore but
from the resources workspace.
* Mobile theme specific image size variations are included.
Search official documentation for other articles where themes and CSS are
discussed and check if the text needs updating.
