DAM support is no longer configured in the site definition. Starting with 4.5
it is configured in the STK. Basically moved from ETK to STK.
* Old location: *Templating Kit > Site Definitions >* {{/default/damSupport}}
* New location: {{/modules/standard-templating-kit/config/damSupport}}
Edit the following documents
