Allowing components based on roles should be configurable directly under area
definition but is not working.
Reproduce:
1. Got to Template
Definitions/pages/stkArticle/areas/main/areas/content/availableComponents/stkTextImage
2. Create node called roles
3. Create property called superuser with value superuser
4. Log out and log in like user eric
5. got ot page demo-project/about/subsection-articles/article.html
6. try add New Content Component -> Text and Image component is still available
